I did stumble across this site that makes handy flashcards for learning to read the language. Hopefully someone out there is doing better at learning this language than me and might find these useful. The site is well organized, and best of all, IT'S FREE!
Sounds familiar! I think the hardest part is that I can't sound things out b/c the symbols are still fairly meaningless to me. It's very frustrating but I'll check out the site. I'm thinking of trying to take a class with a real life teacher that I can ask questions and talk to. The internet learning just doesn't seem to be working for me. Good luck!
